Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not shipping internationally yet.

What it costs

• $6.95 flat rate on any order under $50.
• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more, before tax.

The rate is the same whether you order one jar or ten.

How fast it goes out

We pack orders from our Chicago kitchen within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is on the truck, most orders arrive in another 2 to 5 business days depending on how far it has to travel. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your package is labeled. If the tracking email has not shown up within two business days, check your spam folder, then write us at support@mamaninaspices.com.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reach out and re-ship it once you confirm the right address. You will only pay shipping a second time if the original address was wrong.

If something arrives broken

Send a photo to support@mamaninaspices.com within 30 days and we will make it right. See our refund policy for the details.
